Hello Ryan and Jeff,

Needless to say everyone family is anxiously awaiting spring.

This note of thanks is long overdue. After seeing one of your installations from the beginning I was so impressed with the efforts and the workmanship you provided at a friend’s home, that I decided to have you put in my pool near the end of last year even though it had not been planned for then.

Having lived through nothing less than a horrific experience with my first pool which was installed by ************ Pools, and consequently learning a lot, it was a pleasure dealing with your company. Your employees, John, Carl, Craig and the rest of the guys were great and I am looking forward to having them over this summer as we had planned last year. Please ask one of them to give me a call when it gets a little closer to the nice weather so that we can figure out a time that would suit all of them.

Even though the frost is not out of the ground yet the deck looks good, and I doubt very much if the support structure of concrete pillars would move. The fencing also looks great, yet I must say one of the most impressive things you achieved was that when you left there was virtually no damage to the property and all I will have do is put down some sod. It speaks very highly of your company and your people.

Lastly, and certainly the reason for whole exercise, the pool itself, it turned out to be just what we had envisioned, simple, clean and a great finished product. Feel free to bring any prospective clientele by, I am sure they will like what they see and I can assure them the quality they see in the finished product carries on underground in the things they can’t see.

I hope this note finds you all in good spirits and I am looking forward to seeing you in the spring for the opening.
